We pick up "dirt", "grime", entities, and other spiritual debris on our spiritual bodies the same way we pick up dirt and grim on our physical ones. We interact will people daily, travel about our business in different spaces, and at times we expose ourselves to entities, spirits, and forces that attach themselves to us.
Energy is everything. It can neither be created nor destroyed however, we can manipulate or transmute it.

We pick up "dirt", "grime", entities, and other spiritual debris on our spiritual bodies the same way we pick up dirt and grim on our physical ones. We interact will people daily, travel about our business in different spaces, and at times we expose ourselves to entities, spirits, and forces that attach themselves to us.
There are many simple ways in which we can cleanse ourselves. We can use common household products like:
Lime or Lemon
Coconut/Coconut Water
Egg
Candles
Other than using single household items, we can outright do a spiritual wash. I especially love using this method because it calls for a combination of ingredients that brings with it a combination of energies necessary to cut, clear, and neutralize negative energies, hexes, blockages, negative thoughts, negative habits, etc.
How to use household Items to cleanse.
Take a single item from the list and honor it. Give thank/gratitude to the item for its use and for helping you.
Use the Item (while chanting/praying) to touch your skin from head to toe. Visualize the item absorbing all the negative energies from your body.
Prayer/chant
I call upon source, my spirit guides, my guardian angels, and my ancestors to bear witness, hear me, and help me in this cleansing ritual.
I command you to use/activate this (lime/coconut/egg) with the power to cut, clear, remove all curses, hex, blockages. negativity, energies, or entities from my body; known and unknown, those I brought upon myself or those brought upon me by others be it man or woman, adult or child or animal or non-human.
Once you are done, confirm the completion of the exercise with the following:
Repeat this Confirmation: In the name and the power of the creator, I have placed all my worries, problems, curses, hexes, bad luck, bad energy into this (name the item).
Choose a location to discard the item that you do not frequently travel.
For lime/lemon: Get a few paper towels and a shape knife. Cut the lime into two or any amount of pieces, gather (without letting any of the juices or flesh touch your skin) and discard it in the earth. The earth is a great neutralizer and it will convert this energy over time.
For coconut/egg: Smash the egg coconut on a hard rock all the while staying a good distance away to ensure that none of the liquid touches the skin or clothes.
DO NOT DISCARD ANY CLEANSING ITEMS IN YOUR YARD OR ANYWHERE THERE IS HUMAN TRAFFIC. We do not want to infect anyone with our spiritual garbage before the earth is able to neutralize it.
How to do a Spiritual Bath.
To do a spiritual bath, you will need a few items. They are
Sage/Lemongrass/Rosemary to burn for purification of the space you are using.
New bath pan or bucket
New Rag
Florida WaterWhite Candle with a match to light.
Herbs of Rosemary/Lemongrass with 6 clean Leaves of Ackee Tree
Sea Salt/Epsom Salt
3 Key Limes/Lemon
Consecrated Olive Oil
Psalms 91, 35 and Prayer
Rum/Beer (optional)
Clear Quartz Crystal (optional) for amplification
A set of Loose fitting clothes preferably white.
Step 1: Prepare the space that you will be doing the cleansing. Be sure to organize and clean any space that you will be working in. Cleanliness is Godliness. Feel free to play some love music to raise the vibration.
Step 2: Gather all your items. Cleanse your bath pan/bucket and rag of negative energies it may pick up during handling and transportation. You cleanse by using Florida Water to rinse bath and rag or Smudge using a Sage Stick.
Step 3: Set water to boil for your herbs and leaves. Allow the herbs to boil for 5 mins then pour into bath pan/bucket (remove the herbs).
Step 4: Add Sea Salt/Epsom Salt to the bathwater in three handfuls.
Step 5: Cut the Lime/Lemon in halves. Squeeze the juice of all 6 pieces in the bathwater. Drop 3 pieces in and discard the other 3 pieces.
Step 6: Add Florida Water in 3 throws. (add rum/beer is desired. Let your spirit guide you)
Step 7: Take your Olive Oil in the left hand (or non-dominant/receiving hand). Relax. Take a few breaths. read Psalms 91 then 35. Visualize powerful universal God energy and light infusing into the bathwater.
Step 8: Add 3 drops of your consecrated olive oil to your bathwater. Rest your dominant hand in the bathwater to charge it with your energy. Repeat your prayer
Step 9: Leave to rest for 15 minutes at least. Go ahead and take a shower in the meantime. You are to wash yourself clean from head to toe to include your hair.
Step 10: Give thanks of gratitude to source, spirit guides, guardian angels, and the ancestors to assist you in your works (I give thanks for all that you have done and all that you will do). Pour the bath over your head 3 times; gauge enough for you to repeat it in the recommended time. Visualize all negativity being washed away from the body.
Dress in your fresh clothes. Do not dry off. Do not take a shower until the 3rd day.
Prayer/Affirmation
I call upon source, my spirit guides, my guardian angels, and my ancestors to come into this space, bear witness, hear me, and help me in this cleansing ritual.
I command you to charge this bath with the power to cut, clear, remove all curses, hex, blockages. negativity, energies, or entities from my body; known and unknown, those I brought upon myself or those brought upon me by others be it man or woman, adult or child or animal or non-human across all the universes and across all lifetimes.
I command all energies that is less than love to transmute to the highest good across all plains of my existence, across all the universes, and across all lifetimes.
I bathe unto me clarity, peace, abundance, love, understanding, and self-acceptance.
I ask to be surrounded, filled with divine white light to cleanse and purify my energy. uplift my vibration and support me in embodying my highest divine truth and potentials.
As it is above, So it is below. So it is and so moth it be. It is done. It is done, It is done.
You may do this in your bathtub/wash area or a stream/river. Ensure wherever you are using, the water will run off and does not gather.
